Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.

When you become a client, your family's privacy is our priority.  We have a commitment to maintaining your confidentiality.  It is a principle that insists your clinician can not reveal information to a third party without your consent or a clear legal reason.  The only time confidentiality will be breached is when the client is a danger to him/herself or to others, i.e. if the client threatens to harm himself or someone else.

Should you need support from us, we require other agencies to supply signed consents and release of information forms verifying your authorization to discuss any services.  At times, to ensure you and your family's privacy is maintained, we may error with caution and refuse to supply information until we have heard confirmation from you directly.

We do participate with some managed care panels. If we do not participate with your specific health insurance, we will supply a billing invoices necessary for Out of Network reimbursement.  We respect your motivation to seek change in your child's life and want to support your courage.

Should you have other questions or concerns about these privacy policies, please call us at (404) 625-5427 or send us an email at info@renewedjourney.org
