Frequency of Appointments

To ensure the safe and effective management of psychotropic medications, with a commitment to patient care, patients* are required to attend monthly appointments until they have sustained a stable medication regimen for three consecutive months. After this period of stability, the frequency of appointments can be reassessed. Once stability is confirmed, your psychiatric provider may authorize longer intervals between visits, extending beyond 30 days but not exceeding a 90-day period.

*Children/teens and elders are required to be seen monthly.
