When should I expect my medication?

Medication Policy

To prevent interruptions in your medication regimen, it is crucial to attend your scheduled follow-up appointments before your medication runs out. Additionally, ensure that your pharmacy information is current. Our policy requires prescriptions to be sent within 24 hours following an appointment. We also urge patients to maintain communication with their pharmacy to facilitate prompt processing.

Requests for refills outside of the scheduled follow-ups may result in delays. It is essential to have a follow-up appointment before your medication supply depletes. If a refill request is made, it will be subject to review. In cases where a follow-up is necessary, our administrative staff will contact you to arrange an appointment. Once a refill request is approved, the prescription will be sent to your pharmacy within 48 hours of the approval.
